This exquisite ring features a 3.02 Carat Brilliant Cut Diamond as its focal point. A heart shape surrounds the diamonds, with 6 round rubies of graduated size on one side of the ring and open gallery work on the left side. This hand-made piece also features incredible individually-crafted heart shaped fretwork on the sides. This piece is stunning!

(19K White Gold, 3.02 carat (H SI2), 0.19 carats in lively intense red Rubies).
